The JuanSells.com Realty Co
If you’ve decided to sell your home, follow what I call the 5 P’s: Plan, Preview, Price, Pre-list, Prepare. Having a clear time frame for when you need to sell and a set plan for your new living arrangements will jumpstart the process. Once the ball gets rolling, this will help you have a tangible plan that you can continually review but not have to worry about. You can then take this timeline to prospective realtors as you interview them to find the right fit for you and your interests. Once you select a realtor, they can work with you to come up with the best listing price that fits the market, will be marketable, and also give you the best return on investment. Your realtor might also advise you to pay for an inspection before your house goes on the market. This will allow you to fix anything that may be off-putting to buyers. Once you do have a buyer, this will make the closing process go much more smoothly during the buyer’s inspection. Finally, prepare your home for showings.
